About this task
This technology consulting firm for retailers (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Onboarding Designer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Role-specific plans with goals and check-ins.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The company prefers a person who can come to Lethbridge for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).

- Days 2 to 5: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
