About this task

This Personal-care brand in snacks (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Content Lead for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Briefs that writers can follow without a call.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.

The team sits in Paderborn. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Produce eight article briefs a week with outline, sources, search intent and internal links.
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

• Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Friday: main working block (2 hours)
• Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
