About this task
This renewable energy developer in district heating (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Learning & Development Designer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Agenda, materials and facilitator guide for a live workshop.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is an energy business with strict compliance and reporting cycles.

- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
