About this task

This connectivity provider (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Market Research Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Interprets why deals were won or lost from calls and CRM data.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Italy. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Review 30 closed deals and report the main reasons for wins and losses by segment.
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

What a month looks like

• Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
• Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
• Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
