About this task

This staffing firm for small businesses (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Market Research Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Interprets why deals were won or lost from calls and CRM data.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Indiana, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

• Review 25 closed deals and report the main reasons for wins and losses by segment.
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap

What a month looks like

• Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
• Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
• Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid
