About this task
This Growth-stage games studio making educational games (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Market Research Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Interprets why deals were won or lost from calls and CRM data.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The team sits in Gothenburg. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Review 25 closed deals and report the main reasons for wins and losses by segment.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
