About this task
This retail chain selling furniture (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Market Research Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Interprets why deals were won or lost from calls and CRM data.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The team sits in Eindhoven. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Review 60 closed deals and report the main reasons for wins and losses by segment.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
