About this task
This connectivity provider in IoT connectivity (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a specialist UX Researcher for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. A researcher on call for a product team.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The company prefers a person who can come to The Hague for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Support the team's research requests: plan studies, review guides and share findings every week.
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
