About this task

This digital marketing agency for consumer brands (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist UX Researcher for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. A researcher on call for a product team.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

The team sits in Mannheim. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Support the team's research requests: plan studies, review guides and share findings every week.
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

  • Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Monday: main working block (2 hours)
  • Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
