About this task
This Series B healthcare services group for physiotherapy clinics (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager UX Researcher for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. A researcher on call for a product team.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in Béziers. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Support the team's research requests: plan studies, review guides and share findings every week.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
