About this task
This Home-goods retailer selling outdoor gear (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Keeps every open search moving and the funnel numbers current.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Review every open search weekly, unblock hiring managers and report funnel numbers each Friday.
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
