About this task
This aerospace supplier in avionics (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Keeps every open search moving and the funnel numbers current.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The team sits in San Diego. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Review every open search weekly, unblock hiring managers and report funnel numbers each Friday.
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
