Weekly Project Status Reporting

About this task

This games studio making educational games (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.

The team sits in Vilnius. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

• Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
• A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
