About this task
This construction group in commercial property (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
