About this task
This hospitality operator with resorts (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The team sits in San Jose. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (2 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
