Weekly Project Status Reporting

About this task

This healthcare services group for physiotherapy clinics (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The company prefers a person who can come to Messina for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts.

What you deliver

• Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

• Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
