About this task

This property developer in commercial property (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Ireland. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
• A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like

• Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
• Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
