About this task
This workflow automation company for construction firms (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The team sits in Huelva. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
