About this task
This Series A E-commerce platform for pet products (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.

- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
