Weekly Project Status Reporting

About this task

This food producer for restaurants (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Czechia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.

What you deliver

• Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
