About this task
This savings and loan group serving professional firms (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Czechia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
