About this task
This machinery maker making industrial pumps (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The team sits in Brno. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
