About this task

This insurtech company for travel (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The company prefers a person who can come to Bolton for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).

What you deliver

  • Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
