About this task
This telecom operator (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Belgium works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
