About this task
This Food-supply cooperative in crop analytics (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Arizona, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MST).
What you deliver
- Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
