About this task
This connectivity provider in fibre broadband (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. A short status report with risks and decisions.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The team sits in Aix-en-Provence. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Send a one-page weekly status for a six-month programme with RAG ratings and decisions needed.
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
