About this task

This freight and logistics company with a cold-chain network (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Product Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–9 h a week. Owns the backlog and answers the team's product questions every week.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The team sits in Vilnius. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

  • Groom the backlog, write acceptance criteria for the next sprint and answer open product questions within a working day.
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
