About this task
This proptech company (51–200 employees) is looking for a director Operations Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–9 h a week. Keeps cross-team work moving and the weekly numbers visible.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
