About this task
This hotel group with resorts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a director Marketing Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Keeps campaigns, agencies and freelancers moving and the weekly numbers visible.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The company prefers a person who can come to Bucharest for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Run the weekly marketing meeting, review pipeline and spend, unblock two freelancers and send a one-page update every Friday.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
