About this task

This industrial manufacturer making industrial pumps (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior LinkedIn Ghostwriter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Three to five posts a week written in the author's voice.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.

The team sits in London. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).

What you deliver

• Write four posts a week for a CEO from a 20-minute call and a shared notes document.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in GBP after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
