About this task

This Real-estate services firm in student housing (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior LinkedIn Ghostwriter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Three to five posts a week written in the author's voice.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Florida, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).

What you deliver

• Write four posts a week for a CEO from a 20-minute call and a shared notes document.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

• Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
• Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in USD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
