About this task

This Food-delivery company (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior LinkedIn Ghostwriter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Three to five posts a week written in the author's voice.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.

The team sits in Detroit. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).

What you deliver

• Write four posts a week for a CEO from a 20-minute call and a shared notes document.
• A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

• Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Friday: main working block (2 hours)
• Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.

• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
