About this task
This retail chain with stores in six countries (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Contracts Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Takes in contract requests and moves them to signature.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The team sits in Vigo. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Triage new contract requests, prepare drafts from templates and track each to signature.
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (2 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
