About this task

This legal services provider (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Contracts Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Takes in contract requests and moves them to signature.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Sweden works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Triage new contract requests, prepare drafts from templates and track each to signature.
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

  • Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Friday: main working block (2 hours)
  • Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
