About this task

This beverage company in plant-based food (5,000+ employees) is looking for a specialist Paid Ads Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Adjusts bids, budgets, keywords and creative against targets.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.

The company prefers a person who can come to Vienna for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Optimise six campaigns weekly against a $60 cost-per-lead target and send a short note.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

• Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Tuesday: main working block (3 hours)
• Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
