About this task
This hotel group with city hotels (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Paid Ads Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Adjusts bids, budgets, keywords and creative against targets.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The team sits in Málaga. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Optimise six campaigns weekly against a $60 cost-per-lead target and send a short note.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (3 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
