About this task
This content marketing agency for healthcare (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Paid Ads Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Adjusts bids, budgets, keywords and creative against targets.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.
The team sits in Hamburg. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Optimise six campaigns weekly against a $60 cost-per-lead target and send a short note.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (3 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
