About this task
This Series C accounting software company (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Paid Ads Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Adjusts bids, budgets, keywords and creative against targets.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Belgium. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Optimise six campaigns weekly against a $60 cost-per-lead target and send a short note.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
