About this task
This Public-sector services provider serving transport agencies (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Weekly figures and a few observations for the operating review.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Wisconsin, so this one is for residents there. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Prepare the weekly business review: ten metrics, week-on-week change and three notes on what moved.
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
