About this task

This Real-estate services firm in logistics warehouses (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Weekly figures and a few observations for the operating review.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Malta. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

What you deliver

• Prepare the weekly business review: ten metrics, week-on-week change and three notes on what moved.
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

• Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
