About this task

This legal services provider advising life-science companies (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Weekly figures and a few observations for the operating review.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.

The company prefers a person who can come to Częstochowa for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Prepare the weekly business review: ten metrics, week-on-week change and three notes on what moved.
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
