About this task
This warehousing operator for e-commerce brands (5,000+ employees) is looking for a specialist Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Weekly figures and a few observations for the operating review.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The company prefers a person who can come to Baltimore for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Prepare the weekly business review: ten metrics, week-on-week change and three notes on what moved.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
