About this task

This Customer-support software company for construction firms (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Weighted criteria and a fair comparison of shortlisted tools.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Estonia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

  • Build a weighted scorecard for five HR systems and write a one-page recommendation.
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
