About this task
This defence technology company in space launch (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Vendor Contract Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–18 h a month. A questionnaire-based review of a supplier's security, privacy and finances.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Assess 20 suppliers for security, privacy and financial risk using a standard questionnaire.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
