About this task

This boutique law firm advising employers (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Vendor Contract Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–18 h a month. A questionnaire-based review of a supplier's security, privacy and finances.

The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.

The company prefers a person who can come to Stockton for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

  • Assess 8 suppliers for security, privacy and financial risk using a standard questionnaire.
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

What a month looks like

  • Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
  • Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
  • Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
