About this task
This Public-sector services provider serving health agencies (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Vendor Contract Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–18 h a month. A questionnaire-based review of a supplier's security, privacy and finances.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The team sits in Leeds. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Assess 20 suppliers for security, privacy and financial risk using a standard questionnaire.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
