About this task

This freight and logistics company for pharma (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Keeps an outside team on scope and schedule.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The team sits in Pécs. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Manage an agency building a website, run weekly reviews and track change requests.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

• Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Monday: main working block (3 hours)
• Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
