About this task
This Series C collaboration software company for construction firms (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Keeps an outside team on scope and schedule.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The company prefers a person who can come to Metz for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Manage an agency building a website, run weekly reviews and track change requests.
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (3 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
