About this task
This Seed corporate card and spend platform for marketplaces (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Financial Model Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Checks discount rates, terminal value and comparables for reasonableness.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.

- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
