About this task
This health charity in food security (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Financial Model Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Checks discount rates, terminal value and comparables for reasonableness.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The team sits in Leipzig. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Review a DCF used in a 409A request, challenge three assumptions and show the effect of each on value.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
